Each Inspector has 13+ years previous experience in the home remodeling / construction trades.  This includes carpentry and repairs.  This provides valuable knowledge of 'things to look for' when repairs and fresh paint could mask previous issues.

Each Inspector continually reads and accesses material relating to home inspection issues / causes.
